I first heard about Express Virtual Assistance through BNI, a networking organization. And when I went onto the website, I was very excited to see how easy it was actually just to navigate through the website and to find people; I could search for someone based on their skill set or their specialties and also their price range, which was very useful. You know, if I had easy basic work, I could choose a junior versus if I had more involved technical work, I could choose someone with a higher skill set.

I didn’t know what to expect initially, you know. But really dealing with Anria has exceeded my expectations. I will keep using Eva and keep using Anria because of the experience I’m having with her. And she doesn’t limit herself to specific tasks. If I say to her, “Hey, I’ve got a new project. What do you think about this? Is it something you want to try? Okay. She always says, “Yeah, sure. Let’s see how it goes. Let me give it a try, and let’s see if I can do it.” You know, so very positive, very proactive, and we have a really, really good working relationship.

When I first heard of EVA, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was it a catchy phrase? What exactly was EVA all about? You know, you hear all these things and you never understand how it all works for you until it was fully explained to me and the concept behind EVA. And it was really great because I actually got insight and knowledge into how EVA would work, how it was going to make life easier, and the things that it could provide for me. So, I think for me, after understanding all of that, I realized that this could be a product that could really work well for me in my day-to-day life and make my life less stressful.

My experience with EVA was a very interesting one. So at first, like I said, I wasn’t sure what to expect, and then I realized that these are people that actually wanted to take an interest in who I really was to provide me with the best possible service. So, for example, it’s not just a client; it’s somebody that we want to get to know and understand more about in order for us to give him the best possible product. With them helping me with my social presence, with my website, and with my general admin, they had to know who I was, what I was getting at, and what I was doing in order for them to design my product based on me. So, you know, one of the nicest things was the way they went about doing it was to get to know me. It came with a more personal touch. It came with something a little bit more than just saying, “Hey, we’re done with the box, and that’s it.” Whereas here, it was more about the client. What is it specifically for him, and how best can we provide a service? I also love that I can pick someone, book on their calendar, pay, and that’s it, you know, and be done and it’s scheduled. That makes it really, really easy. So, my overall experience with EVA has been really great.
